The seminar
titled “Recent Amendments of the Code of Criminal Procedure: Pros and Cons
Regarding Procedural Issues and the Protection of Rights” successfully took
place on 12th September, 2025 at the Department of Law, University of Dhaka.
Organized by International Institute of Law and Diplomacy (IILD) in collaboration with the Centre for Advanced Legal Studies (CALS), Faculty of Law, University of Dhaka, the session brought together eminent academics, legal practitioners, judges, and government representatives.
